Contract for sale
The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'.
That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you
and Hair-Extension-Rochdale.co.uk. Prices and stock availability will
not be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order'
email, which will be dispatched once the credit card payment has been
authorised and stock availability has been confirmed.
By placing an order with Hair-Extension-Rochdale.co.uk (Ceejayz) you are offering
to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Hair-Extension-Rochdale.co.uk
may or may not accept at their sole discretion.
If an order is accepted, Hair-Extension-Rochdale.co.uk will send you a ‘confirmation of
order’ email.
Hair-Extension-Rochdale.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for
any reason.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,

The item must be returned to us within 7 days, unused and in a perfect,
resalable condition, with the original packaging. Exchange or refund will be
at the manager’s discretion.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund Brushes, rollers or combs.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
Damaged Goods
In the event your goods arrive defective or damaged you must notify us immediately.
We will offer a replacement or a refund on the return of the faulty goods
